MAPPING OF WATER SOURCES IN CAHUAYÁ

As part of the "Realízate" Project, the identification of water sources was carried out in the community of Cahuayá, Tecomaxlahuaca, becoming a regional success. Fifty participants from 12 communities were made aware of access to and proper use of water in the communities. Brigades and walks were conducted to identify water sources, concluding with a community map, aimed at caring for, cleaning, and protecting these water sources. Additionally, recommendations were discussed to mitigate environmental issues identified during the event.
