TRAINING IN THE PRODUCTION OF A SOLAR DEHYDRATOR

A week of lessons and learning was carried out to train participants in the production of a solar dehydrator, an ecological technique that allows food preservation without the need for electricity. With 20 direct beneficiaries, 3 communities were impacted: San Juan Mixtepec, Tinuma de Zaragoza, and Mesones de Guadalupe. Producers of fruits and traditional medicine.
