AGRO-INDUSTRY WORKSHOP

In the Loma Ñuhu‑Cua community of Tlaxiaco, an agro‑industry workshop was held to produce peaches in syrup, jam, and apple cider vinegar. The aim was to strengthen participants’ productive capacities and improve their income. During the session, women came together to learn new techniques for making the most of the local fruit.
