To bear fruit through the Foundation, promoters meet monthly to strengthen their social and interpersonal skills, with the goal of providing better service and support to the communities they serve.
Thanks to this initiative, in the second quarter of the year, human development workshops were held—most notably the resilience workshop for women of the Loma Ñuhu‑Cua community—where participants learned techniques for adapting to and recovering from adverse situations, applying them both to their productive groups and to their personal lives.
Additionally, workshops on assertiveness, self‑awareness, and self‑esteem were delivered at the San Rafael Arcángel Conciliar Seminary in Huajuapan de León, primarily to encourage reflection on emotions and abilities. These sessions were reinforced by group processes through community planning days and delegated meetings, all aimed at strengthening the social skills needed to engage their target populations and fulfill the Foundation’s mission both inside and outside the seminary.
