HUMAN DEVELOPMENT FOR EVERYONE

Human formation is an integral process that seeks the development of the person in all its dimensions: intellectual, emotional, social, and ethical. It is not limited to the acquisition of knowledge but also promotes values, attitudes, and skills that allow each individual to grow as a complete human being, aware of themselves and their surroundings.

For this reason, several workshops have been held in Mixteca communities, such as the self-esteem and leadership workshop in Huajuapan de León and Asunción Cuyotepeji, the human dignity workshop in Santos Reyes Yucuná, and the teamwork workshop with the group of artisans Kandii in Tlaxiaco and producers from San José Yatandoyo.

Likewise, the promoters engage in ongoing training through monthly meetings to strengthen strategic work processes and acquire knowledge and skills through our virtual partners, such as Corporativa de Fundaciones and CEMEFI, with workshops on communication planning, sustainable alternatives, and the application of NOM 035 in CSOs, among others.
