Technical training is essential because it provides people with practical knowledge and specialized skills that allow them to perform more efficiently and competitively in the workplace.

As part of this process, workshops were held on the production of natural fertilizers for crop care, benefiting producers from the communities of Tinuma de Zaragoza and San Sebastián del Monte.

Likewise, soil studies and pH parameter analyses have been carried out for the production of berries, vegetables, and fruit trees in the Tlaxiaco region, with at least 60 direct beneficiaries.
