With a total of 204 direct beneficiaries, various workshops on self-esteem, resilience, and teamwork were held by the promoters and Mr. Ubaldo Montes Lara in the Mixteca region of Oaxaca. In the community of San Lorenzo Victoria, adolescents, youth, and adults participated in a space for learning and reflection to strengthen their self-esteem and develop resilience tools.

In the municipality of Tlaxiaco, with the presence of women artisans from the group Kandii belonging to Yosonduva, Yutenino Cuquila, Cañada Candelaria Cuquila, Benito Juárez Cuquila, and Tlaxiaco, participants were made aware of the importance of self-esteem in personal development.

Teachers and students from the Santa Cruz Nundaco secondary school participated in the self-esteem workshop, while in San José Yatandoyo, the resilience and teamwork workshop was held with members of the group Nú’ui.

At the San Rafael Arcángel Conciliar Seminary in Huajuapan de León, young people trained as future religious leaders from our Mixtec communities strengthened their socio-personal skills with the teamwork workshop. Based on interactive dynamics, the importance of working with the active participation of the community was reinforced.
